1. 多分、原因はトピ主さんが最初からその先輩の評価点を高くし過ぎたことだと思います。
    「この人はいい人！」と思って最初の設定を「９０点」にしてしまったら
    後は段々その人への評価が下がっていくだけです。

    ですからどんなに「理想だな」と思う人にも最初は「６０点」がいいです。
    完璧な人間なんていないから。
    少しづつ点数を上げて行く方が良好な人間関係をつくれますよ。
